Please tell me we are not the only family with a prima donna cat. LOL! Alexa decided to make Butterscotch some fresh cat treats. She researched recipes online and narrowed it down to one she thought he'd like. She made up the dough (which included a can of tuna, mind you), rolled it out, cut it into little bite-size pieces and baked it. Butterscotch completely turned his nose up at these things and would not even try one. She tried and tried, but he wanted nothing to do with them. After a few days, I passed the (very full) container on to a friend to give to her cat (she said her cat would eat anything). Her cat wouldn't eat them either...but her dog did. :)

LOL!! No cat here ... just Mr. Dandy, the dog ... and he probably would have eaten them too... he's never picky! HA!!! I loveeeeeeeeee this!! I am loving that you documented her efforts and loving all the colors and layers!!! GORGEOUS!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh lisa, that is priceless!! that is so awesome you captured this story! totally love it and your layout is totally awesome as well!

ReplyDeleteLol, we have 4 cats. You'd think the one girl in the bunch would be the picky one but she's not! One the boys (named Matrix) will not eat anything but *certain* kitty foods. No human food or "cat treats".
Your layers are amazing, I love this!
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing, Lisa! I love how you add so many cool things to each layout!
ReplyDeletevery cool Lisa, love all the pieces you layered together.
ReplyDeleteHee hee. That's such a funny story! Alexa looks so serious and dedicated making her kitty this nice treat. Hmmm, but I guess it didn't qualify after all as "one of the top 10 comfort foods at our house" after all. [I think that's what the sticker says.]
ReplyDeleteSuper cute page, as always. Love all the layering. You know just where - here and there - to put everything so it looks perfectly put together. Love the fun vibrant colors too.
